Strong Girl Summer is my brand new program that was created with a variety of workouts to keep participants interested and excited along their fitness journey .

What else do I need to know ?
SGS Has 4 phases , each phase lasts 3 weeks and includes 3 workout videos per week , If you would prefer there is also an in app version which allows you to do the workouts on your own without the video.

There are 9 videos in total which means you will repeat the same videos 3 times this way we can keep track of your physical progress before switching the exercises up!

Is this intended for beginners ?
Strong Girl Summer is for everyone , combining a mixture of strength training , cardio kickboxing , circuit training , modifications will be provided for those who need them.

What equipment do I need ?
Dumbbells and a yoga mat !
