My name is Meg I am a certified personal trainer and kickboxing instructor.
I have been in the fitness industry for about 9 years , however I started martial arts when I was only 14 years old , I fell in love with tae-kwon-do and it became a huge part of my life .
After graduating high school I pursued my dream of being a personal trainer , then after working in a gym for a few years I started instructing fitness kickboxing classes !
My passion is teaching fitness kickboxing and personal training , In 2021 after I had lost my job due to COVID-19 I decided to venture out on my own and start my own personal training business and then go on to create my signature program KICK YOUR WAY FIT.
Over the last year and a half I have had the pleasure of working with tons of women who’s goals were to improve self confidence , decrease body fat % , Improve flexibility and just to be in better shape in general .
